During our extensive history as waterproof contractors, as we completed numerous projects and talked to literally hundreds of property owners, we began to notice a troubling pattern: many of them were facing significant issues due to improperly installed waterproofing systems. 

These deficiencies often led to costly repairs and raised serious safety concerns. We witnessed firsthand the impact of poor workmanship and the stress it caused property owners, many of whom were left to deal with the fallout of leaks, mould, and structural damage. These problems frequently stemmed from a lack of compliance with the National Construction Code (NCC), Australian Standards (AS), and product manufacturer guidelines (TDS) about waterproofing applications.

Recognising this pressing need for improvement, we made a strategic decision to transition from contracting to independent consulting and inspection/ compliance services, focusing on wateproofing. This shift allowed us to concentrate on what we do best: providing expert, unbiased waterproofing advice to ensure that waterproofing systems are installed and repaired correctly the first time. Our focus on quality and compliance aims to alleviate the burdens faced by property owners and ensure peace of mind regarding their waterproofing solutions.

We bring a wealth of experience to our waterproofing consulting and inspection services, having worked extensively in the construction and waterproofing industry for several years. Our team consists of highly skilled professionals who have been directly involved in a wide range of projects, from residential buildings to commercial properties.

• We have successfully completed numerous waterproofing projects across various sectors, including Class 1 and Class 10 buildings (residential homes and ancillary structures) and Class 2 to Class 9 buildings (multi-residential and commercial properties).
